Overview

Build a YouTube lead list in one call. Give niche terms as keywords, a subscriber band and a credit budget; the run searches page by page, reads every channel inside the band once and returns it with subscribers, the links the channel lists (website, Instagram, TikTok) and the email the creator writes into the description or the links.

How the sourcing works

A YouTube search names the channels behind its videos. The keywords take turns page by page (up to five pages each), so one broad term cannot use up the budget. A channel the search already shows outside the band is skipped without a lookup; every other one is read from its channel data and its public About page. The business email YouTube shows only after sign-in and a captcha is not read; has_hidden_business_email tells that one exists.

When to use

Find channels of a niche with 5,000 to 250,000 subscribers for sponsorships or partnerships.
Keep only channels with a public email, a website or Instagram (require_contact).

stopped_because tells why the run ended: limit_reached, budget_exhausted (raise max_credits), time_limit (ten minutes), no_more_candidates or source_error. With source_error a lookup failed after leads had been found: the run completes with those leads and the failed lookup is not billed. When a lookup fails before any lead was found, the run fails and the whole reservation is refunded.

Pricing

Every lookup the run makes (search page, channel) costs 2 credits, also when it comes from our cache; the About page is read for free. max_credits (default 100) is reserved up front and is the cap; only the lookups made are billed.

Errors

`rate_limited`	The platform throttled the lookup. The run goes back to the queue and continues by itself.	No action.
`provider_error`	The data source returned an unexpected error before any lead was found. The run fails and is refunded; after the first lead the run completes with `source_error` instead.	Retry later; if persistent, contact support.
`503 endpoint_unavailable`	The endpoint is currently not configured. Nothing is reserved or charged.	Retry later; if persistent, contact support.
