Overview

Read one TikTok account by handle or profile URL: display name, follower, following, like and video counts, region, verified and private flags, the bio, the bio link, the linked Instagram and YouTube accounts and the email the account writes into its bio or contact field.

When to use

Qualify a creator before outreach: size, region and contact data in one call.
Read the full profile of an account a search or a following list returned.

Only data the account publishes is returned; nothing is guessed. A handle without an account completes with found: false and costs nothing.

A profile found costs 3 credits. Profiles are cached for 30 days and unknown handles for 7 days; the price stays the same.

Errors

`invalid_input`	`username` is not a TikTok handle or profile URL.	Fix the request payload and retry.
`rate_limited`	The platform throttled the lookup. The run goes back to the queue and continues by itself.	No action.
`provider_error`	The data source returned an unexpected error. The run fails and is refunded.	Retry later; if persistent, contact support.
`503 endpoint_unavailable`	The endpoint is currently not configured. Nothing is reserved or charged.	Retry later; if persistent, contact support.
