Return typeahead suggestions for mirrored German registry company names.

Input Parameters

query must contain at least three searchable characters after trimming whitespace and wildcard characters. Wildcard-only and two-character queries are rejected before enrichment creation.

Search Scope

The search runs in Skael's own commercial register mirror and does not perform a live Handelsregister or Bundesanzeiger lookup. Responses include _registry_meta.search_scope = "mirror" and _registry_meta.source = "skael_register". When the mirror is unreachable the request fails with "Register search is temporarily unavailable" and costs nothing.
