LinkedIn Person Profile
LinkedIn Person Profile
Overview
Fetch a LinkedIn person's public profile by profile URL: name, headline, about text, location, connection count, full career history (current job marked), education, skills and certifications. Any regional subdomain (de., m.), protocol or tracking parameter on the URL is normalized away — the profile is always resolved from its canonical linkedin.com/in/<slug> form.
When to use
- Enrich a lead list of LinkedIn profile URLs with title, career and education data.
- Qualify inbound signups by the role and seniority on their profile.
- Pull skills and certifications for segmentation or outreach personalization.
[!NOTE]
When no profile exists for the URL the run completes successfully with found: false and is not charged — you only pay when a profile is returned. Genuine errors of the data service (auth, rate limit, 5xx) still fail the run and are refunded.
